Patient Letter Today - Body Pain

I was suffering from neck/shoulder/spine pain for at least a year and a half. I have been an avid runner since I was 13 (I am now 29) and an active person my entire life, so I just thought this pain was coming from years of straining my body, and/or pulling a muscle. I was in so much pain that I was having trouble doing simple yoga moves that I once completed with ease. My yoga instructor would try to release the tension in my neck area by trying every type of message trick she knew; however, she would just tell me that my shoulders felt like they had huge knots in them. I was really getting worried because the pain was severe and when I pressed the area near my neck/shoulder/spine, the pain was so great that I feared something was growing on my spine/next area. I was also having daily symptoms of feeling dizzy, lethargic, nauseous, and constantly hungry. Additionally, I had a rash under my arm and extremely dry, itchy skin. This is when I decided that I can’t live like this anymore and I sought help from Dr. Steve Nenninger.

Steve did a test to find out my blood type and to see what foods I am allergic to. Then I took a neurological test that shows all of the different hormones and the levels they are at throughout a typical day. When my results came back, I learned that my hormone levels were below the normal range for an entire day! I was also eating many foods that my body is allergic to. No wonder I felt the way I did.

Steve then proceeded to treat me with specific vitamins and other supplements that were specific to my needs. After two days, (two days!!!) the pain in my shoulders started to subside, and now a few weeks later, I barely feel anything at all! Also, my dizziness, tiredness, nausea, and constant hunger pains have subsided. I’m eating for my blood type and I truly feel great. I also stopped using soaps and chemical laundry detergents, and my skin has not itched since! My rash has drastically shrunk in size and is now only present under the right underarm. I must add that it does not itch or burn the way it used to. I hope to see the rash disappear completely and forever!

I never, ever, ever want to go back to the way I felt just a few months ago.

Thank you, Steve! 
